Not only is Trevor Horn one hell of a producer, whilst I knew he was a decent player, I had no idea he could groove on the bass. Check this out: he plays the original Fairlight bass-line from The Art Of Noise’s Close (To The Edit) (nice doubling about two minutes in with Anne Dudley too):
