Ben Poole: A new addition

My congratulations to Matt and Jess, I gather that mini Stratton has finally arrived! Well done guys!

Well, not quite the same thing as a new baby I know, but the Poole household had a new addition today. Say hello to Pickle!

I love boxers, but no, Pickle isn’t one of those! He’s actually a cross, known as a “Jug”. These are a cross between Jack Russells and Pugs. They make for a nice breed—full of mischief, good family dogs. And they don’t have the breathing issues that miniatures like Pugs (or Pekingese) get.Ben Poole #

Wow, a Jug, that's a first for me. Being a Jack Russell owner I find that more appealing than the also recently new to me, Puggle. A cross between a Pug and Beagle, that I thought was great.Mac Guidera #
