Mozilla is cool 17 Aug 2002
Ever since I re-imaged the Mac in readiness for its new operating system coming soon, I vowed I wouldn't use Internet Explorer any more as my main browser. So what to use? Mozilla of course! I was dubious at first: "Isn't that the open-source version of Netscape Navigator?" Heh, silly me. And it is so fast. Whether over broadband or normal modem, it knocks spots off IE 5.1 on the Mac (OS 8.6). And if you're a developer, the extra bits such as the DOM inspector & Javascript debugger are a godsend. So, like many others in the geek blog community, I recommend it!
